Fall CSA

The Fall Share

The Fall Share consists mainly of root-type vegetables that store fairly well into the middle winter months such as beets, carrots, turnips, potatoes, rutabagas, parsnips, garlic, onions, etc. We also include crops that are still producing into the cooler months, such as leeks, cabbage, kale and other greens. Sign up using our 2013 brochure.

The first week of our 2012 Fall Share included: yakina savoy, spinach, beauty heart radish, potatoes, sweet peppers, parsley, lettuce, leeks, garlic, carrots, and beets.
